Bought these string based on many Mandolin Cafe recommendations. I have a Flatiron 1N pancake mandolin. They are the proper gauge strings as recommended by the manufacturer, and to my ear they sound great. Plenty of volume, they stretched quickly and hold tune very well. I'll be using these from now on.

These don't quite pack the same punch in terms of volume as other strings, in fact they're surprisingly quiet, but they have a lovely clear tone all the same, and keep tune really well.
