Superpan, maar na een paar keer gebruiken werkt de anti aanbaklaag niet meer goed, dus na een tijdje is het onmogelijk om nog een pannenkoek of wat dan ook in te bakken. Heb hem slechts eens per week gebruikt, altijd met plastic of houten spatel, met de hand afgewassen, ben heel voorzichtig geweest en volgde alle voorschriften, maar helaas niet meer bruikbaar na enkele maanden. Amazon heeft zonder veel vragen meteen geld terug gegeven na retoursturen, en nu ga ik weer op zoek naar een pan die het wel een tijdje volhoudt. Erg jammer want anders zou de pan echt perfect zijn

After a very short time my pan had schratches. I asked for a new one. Now the same again and it is burned in the middle where it is always more heat. I can't send it back anymore. Dissapionted at this. A pan should be good for more than 2 months. I always clean the pan by hand.

I've been using this GreenChef pan on our induction cooker for 4 months to replace a Tefal one. It was "Best in Test" in the Dutch consumer's association test of non-stick frying pans.When new, the GreenChef was very good. I have always washed it by hand. But after a few months the non-stick properties are lost.The GreenChef should be much more durable than the Tefal and Brabantia pans because the steel bottom is better integrated into the body. (On the Tefal and Brabantia the steel is only pressed in to the bottom surface of the aluminium pan and after 12 months it has half separated and now can only be used on low power).So back to the drawing board, looking for a good, and good value, non-stick frying pan for induction.

What a disappointment, after reading so many good reviews. Any food will immediately stick to the pan and create a mess. Waste of money.

Na vele pannen gekocht en gebruikt te hebben is dit toch wel de oplossing. Met of zonder olie en/of boter werkt alles goed, tot dusver. Bak en braad resultaten zijn goed en zonder makken.

Warum haben wir nicht schon längst eine Keramikpfanne? Haben bei Freunden gesehen, wie einfach man darin braten kann. Sogar ohne Fett!!! Wir wollten endlich Schluss machen mit den Teflonpfannen und sind happy über diese Alternative. Superleicht zu reinigen ist sie auch noch.

J'utilise cette Poêle tous les jours depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et j'en suis ravie .Ca n'accroche pas, elle se nettoie très facilement, une merveille .Il faut bien respecter les recommandations constructeurs comme :- N'utiliser que du beurre ou de l'huile pour graisser la poêle et en aucun cas du produit graissant en spray- Ne pas faire chauffer la poêle à feu vif, uniquement à feu moyen et doux- Ne pas utiliser des ustensiles en métal, uniquement en ,ylon ou bois pour ne pas rayer la poêle- Bien attendre que la poêle ai refroidit avant de la laver- Ne laver la poêle qu'avec une éponge douce ( elle se nettoie facilement et sans forcer )Et en suivant toutes ces instructions, elle durera dans le temps et vous n'aurez jamais le moindre soucis .

Have the pan about 2 weeks now, non stick is good, good for frying, light weight so temperature changes a reasonably quick.
