Unfortunately after two weeks food got burned and now everything sticks ...I am big fan of green pan but it is a pity to spend so much money and have it stick.You either need to be super careful and stir all the time or find something else

Sto usando questa padella da non troppo tempo ma ad oggi mi sto trovando bene.Cuoce uniformemente, è comoda, si pulisce molto facilmente e personalmente non mi costa molto lavarla a mano come consigliato. Sicuramente uno strumento di alta qualità che forse potrebbe costare un po' meno.

This pan is the real deal.Excellent quality overall.Will last you a long time of treated correctly.Couple things to note:This version is the stainless steel core, not aluminum.Pro: It will last longerCon: It is heavierThe lid is also very quality, however the handle will get a bit hot after simmering (just be aware. It's not too hot for me, but is too hot for others in my house without a potholder)I've tried a couple of these ceramic coated pans and this one is BY FAR the toughest and most quality right out of the box. It's not even close especially for the price.Highly recommend 👍

I would have given this pan 5 stars upon its first use, as so many others have done, but after just a few months there are now patches on the surface area that have lost the non-stick ability and always stick—as others have mentioned.The instructions advise to not allow the pan to get too hot or the non-stick coating will be damaged. I've tried to be careful but, honestly, there are times when you need a good hot pan to fry properly so it's very hard to avoid.Can't recommend this pan unless you are really disciplined and are happy to fry slower at relatively cool temperatures.Going forward I'm sticking to stainless steel and iron, and avoiding anything marketed as "non-stick." It's got to be healthier; I mean, whatever chemicals go into making this blue coating are coming into contact with your food, so it just seems like common sense to me to avoid all of that.5-Month Update: After five months a small spot of surface material has chipped or crumbled off. I used only wooden utensils so it's not that. Maybe I let it get too hot. Downgraded to one star. I've ordered a stainless steel pan now and this is going in the bin. No more non-stick for me; I'm going old-school.
