Good, glossy quality, with aesthetics colours, but I would not put them in the kitchen due to cleaning as they look like hard to maintain, especially if you’re OCD like me! Also the size of them is 26cm all round. Does not cover 4 standard square tiles as they are 29/30cm. So have to return and look of others.

These are difficult to install they stick to each other and the wall. I rolled the top with a roller to secure them after I put them on but they still developed bubbles and have areas lifting. They were pretty expensive considering the quality after I got them all up.

These stick on sheets are good quality and look like the picture. There was a learning curve figuring out how to install them but I admit I'm terrible at this sort of thing. These are super easy to cut and reposition and they look beautiful and actually hide my installation mistakes pretty well. I actually bought more packages to finish the project I started with them because I like the look so much. They haven't been up super long so I can't speak on their adherence. I'm satisfied overall.

TL;DR - Fairly convincing faux tiles, but depending on your DIY capabilities, may result in a stroke. For context, I would consider my self quite handy. I'm no stranger to drywall, flooring, painting, basic carpentry etc. Plus, I really enjoy arts and crafts. This product, is probably more frustrating to install than a real backsplash.INITIAL IMPRESSIONS & USAGE- The tiles themselves are actually pretty nice. They have a good 3D effect and the marbling is quite nice. The minute you touch them, you know they're plastic as they have that telltale stickiness to them, but if you're standing a few feet away you'd likely not notice.- I received these with the intended purpose of creating a photography backdrop for flat lays. I used a large panel of foamcore. Heed my words.1) READ THE INSTRUCTIONS- Do not eyeball these tiles and think, "oh they overlap any which way, I'll just stick em on and it'll be fine" (wasted panels x2)2) PRE-PLAN & LAYOUT YOUR TILES PRIOR TO STARTING- Measure the tiles, measure your surface. Mockup the tiles and overlap them to get an accurate estimate of the finished project. Failing to do so, I GUARANTEE, will result in gaps or a crooked finish.3) HAVE A GOOD KNIFE- You will be cutting these tiles. No avoiding it. And cutting them sucks. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CUT THEM IN A SINGLE STROKE. Your initial cut will be to score your initial line. From there gradually repeat the cut until the tile has been cut all the way through. There will be A LOT of plastic debris that will fall and also stick to the tile itself. It's a mess.4) YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A PERFECT FIT OR FINISH- These tiles, while manufactured quite well, are far from being perfectly designed and as such will not align absolutely perfectly. Once you get to 4 panels, you'll realize compromises must be made. You must overlap the edges (sticker on sticker), and any misalignment in the initial stages will result in the final product being crooked.- When applying these to a surface, DO NOT FULLY REMOVE THE BACKING ALL AT ONCE. Remove a corner, align your tile, and then slowly press and apply the tile while slowly removing the backing. Neglecting to do so may result in wrinkles or a wasted tile. You can to a degree pull the tile back if there is a mistake, but if the tile sticks to itself, it's trash.5) YOU WILL HAVE A LOT OF WASTE- I guarantee your initial attempts will be FAILURES and you will waste tiles. This is fine. Just be sure to order at least 30% extra for safety if you plan on using them as a backsplash.6) GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME- Depending on the size of your project give yourself a lot of time. And also consider the opportunity cost of using these tiles. Is it really that much cheaper than hiring a handyman to install a proper backsplash for you? Your time is valuable. Do you really want to be tearing out your hair on a weekend over something so trivial? Think about it.All in all, I had a horrible time installing these, but once on the results aren't too bad. I would absolutely not want these near my stove or anything that gets too hot. And the idea of cleaning oil residue off these makes my brain hurt, but if you need an accent and don't value your time much (like me), then go for it.4/5 Fancy Faux Tiles1/5 Installation Aneurisms
