I love this shower head - I was worried the flow wouldn't be strong enough but it provides a full and gentle rain effect, along with three other effects including a strong spray and a waterfall type effect where the water comes out of the large hole in the middle of the head.Be aware that this is very heavy - my slider rail shower head holder can't cope with the weight of this head so I'm going to have to find a replacement rail.
