Hillsong Piano: Selection of Popular Songs for Piano, Vocal and Guitar

I love Hillsong and several of the songs in this songbook selection in particular, so I was delighted to procure a copy of this recently.It came in excellent quality and shape, which was wonderful to touch and feel and smell (yes, I'm weird, and I smell books. Sorry, but also not sorry, because I'm not going to change that about myself for random people I will likely never meet reading my reviews on the internet.). The only problem with the stellar quality is.. the quality.I know. I know. Hold up. Wait two seconds.It comes as a new book. It feels new. It plays like it's new.That's the problem. It's so new that when I'm playing the piano, the book won't lay flat. It insists on retaining its newness and snapping back to proper, clean military form. It salutes me right off the piano as I'm trying to play Oceans or whatever - which, as any musician can attest to, is really darn annoying, especially when you're getting into the swing of things and enjoying yourself.My brain often says something like this:"Oh. The book just slammed shut again. Right in the middle of my song. Seriously, book?? Book, are you actively trying to stop me from playing my music-lovin' little heart out? Well, you aren't going to succeed in this. I refuse."*keeps playing**book slams shut again**/me gives up and plays something else*
