Excelente calidad, diseño y muy practico. No pesa y facilita por mucho una buena entonación lo más próxima a la perfección.

I can't live without this tool now for my Ibanez guitars. This tool fits in the string hole of the saddle for the bridges equipped with Original Edge bridges, to include one 7 string, but also fits around the bolt of my Edge 3 bridge. This does not fit my Schecter Hellraiser FR bridge but that's to be expected. The Hellraiser bridge doesn't have any place to mount to because the saddle is too close to the fine tuner knob and it's not possible to clip onto the string locking bolt just so you know. This tool makes it so much more convenient to intonate though! I set it up and then tighten the knob just 3 tiny tightens so that the saddle begins to pull. You'll notice your pitch will increase slightly when you do this. Loosen the saddle locking bolt and then with your locking nut bolts loosened, you need to tune your guitar string to whatever pitch you want. Get that in tune as best you can, I shot for 3 cents, and then press the 12th fret to see if the needle is sharp or flat. Pretty easy to understand though. If your open tuned dead on and you play the 12th fret and the needle says your sharp, then you move the saddle in the direction of the tuning needle. If you're sharp, you move the saddle to the right. If you're flat, you move the saddle to the left. For right handed guitarists that is. Or if you're flat, move the saddle towards the pickups. If you're sharp, move the saddle away from the pickups. What I did is if I were say 7 cents off and sharp, I would tighten the knob 6 times and then because I raised the pitch, I would use the tuning keys to go back to the pitch I want on the open string. Get in tune, finger the 12th fret, and then verify if I'm sharp or flat. You'll get the feel of how many tiny rotations you need to bring that 12th fret tuning into the center. This is way faster than any other method though and if you continue to use the same strings, you shouldn't have to do this very often if at all. I enjoy setting up guitars and making them perfect so I really appreciate this tool because it gives me pride in my work. Definitely worth the money and the quality is there when you feel it.

Anyone who has tried to adjust the intonation of their JEM by hand will know it's almost impossible to do properly. Bite the bullet and buy the tool.Follow these steps to perfect intonation -1. Make sure your strings are new or fairly new and well stretched.2. Fully loosen the fine tuners on the trem block.3. Unlock the 3 hex screws on the nut.4. Tune all strings to pitch.5. (This is the critical part) Using your typical finger pressure, play the note at the 12th fret (not the harmonic, play the actual note).6. If your tuner says you're more than a couple of cents sharp or flat, ask yourself if you're applying too much or too little finger pressure to the fretted note. Pressing too hard can send the pitch really sharp.7. If you're happy with your finger pressure on the note and the intonation is out, attach the tool and gently tighten it so it's snug against the saddle block.8. Unscrew the saddle locking screw underneath the string.9. If the fretted note was sharp, turn the tool's screw so that the saddle moves back towards the rear of the guitar. If flat, move the saddle forward.10. Retune the string and check the fretted note at the 12th fret each time you move the saddle. (You may have to move the saddle quite far and do a bit of check note/adjust/retune/check note)11. Once the intonation is correct, tighten the screw underneath the string and move on to the next string.12. Tighten the 3 screws at the nut.13. Shred.I had to move the saddles on my JEM quite far for it to be properly intonated but once done it makes a huge difference.
