Voorzorgsmaatregelen voor gebruik:
1.Er is een composiet microporeuze coating aan de zijkant van de beschermende film, scheur de beschermende film af voor gebruik. De andere kant is gehard glas, geen hechting
2.Wanneer de temperatuur van de glasplaat hoger is dan 90 graden, moet u het getextureerde papier plakken;
3.Gelieve het bed goed waterpas te zetten voordat u gaat afdrukken. Voor het egaliseren is het noodzakelijk om een A4-vel papier tussen het hete bed en het mondstuk te plaatsen, zodat het hete bed en het mondstuk niet verslijten. Er is weerstand wanneer aan het A4-papier wordt getrokken.
4. Raak het bouwplatform niet met uw handen aan en zorg ervoor dat uw handen droog en vrij van zweet zijn wanneer u ze aanraakt.
5. Gebruik nooit alcohol om het platform te laten weken. Gebruik alleen een met alcohol bevochtigde doek om het platform voorzichtig schoon te vegen. De beschermlaag wordt beschadigd als u zwaar wrijft.
Tips voor het gebruik van het Glass Printing Platform:
Om goed te werken, raden we aan om het bedtemperatuurbereik voor elk type filament hieronder te tonen (werk met kamertemperatuur)
Temperatuurinstellingen voor verschillende filamenten:
- PLA: 50-70 ° C
- ABS: 90-120 ° C
- PC: 100-120 ° C
- PP: 100-120 ° C
- PETG: 50-70 ° C
Installatie Vereisten
Zorg ervoor dat de glasplaat goed op het platform past. Het wordt aanbevolen om het te installeren op een platform met verzonken gaten.

Upgradeclips
De clip is gemaakt van speciaal roestvrij staal materiaal. het wordt gebruikt voor een bedplatform met een dikte van 7 mm (normaal een alu-bed van 3 mm en een glasbed van 4 mm). Het is compatibel met Ender 3 Ender 3 pro Ender 3 V2 Ender 3S Ender 5 Pro CR-20 PRO 3D-printer en andere 3D-printers waarvan de totale dikte van het bedplatform 7 mm is.
Sterke hechting
Naarmate het platform wordt verwarmd, zet de microporeuze composietcoating uit. Tegelijkertijd dringen moleculen van het filament in de microporiën, zodat de afdruk stevig op het oppervlak van het glazen bed wordt gefixeerd.
Makkelijk schoon te maken
Na veelvuldig gebruik, gewoon afwassen met warm water en afwasmiddel op kamertemperatuur.

I was in doubt whether I should buy the original Ender 3v2 glass plate or give this way less expensive option a try. I am so glad that I chose this one, it's simply amazing! The 3D print sticks to this glass plate like a strong magnet, it really needs to cool down before you can take the 3D print off this glass plate. As a result no more warping whatsoever. I always print with a brim around the model which makes it extra adhesive to the glass panel, but I'm very very pleased with this one. Also I had to really clean the Ender 3v2 glass plate to get it to stick again. This plate I haven't even taken off the printer in months, so give it a try.

Bed has good adhesion without any help (like gluestick or hairspray) but be very cautious with levelling, the hot nozzle will damage the coated side of the bed, as you can see on my picture.One of the reasons I bought this bed was to get rid of the damage in my magnetic bed from hot nozzles, but this one has the same problem.But this is only visual, the bed still feels flat and smooth.

Update: finally got the surface clean an proper adherence.......... but did notice it needed constant cleaning (with gentle cleaners) to work ....... the surface got so smooth, nothing will stick now unless i move it to an unused corner of the bed .....ordered 410x410 .... the protective skin was stuck on with horrible adhesive! took a lot of cleaning to get it off ...... now the filament does not stick to the bed ..... just pulls off after a few layers ..... (very experienced printer with multiple print beds in use)UPDATE: Seller contacted me and made it right ....

Habe die Druckplatte für einen Anycubix Mega X gekauft, weil es original leider keine Ersatzteile mehr zu geben scheint. Sie ist in einer Richtung etwas kleiner als das Original, das stört aber nicht weiter. In Sachen Hauftung sind keine Unerschide erkennbar.

I'm modifying a 3d printer to do various things, first on my list is a bigger print bed.I really liked this one from the start.It's unbranded, after all why should a company get the credit for my hard work.Secondly it's a great size of 310x310. This will allow me to print a cube slightly bigger than a 12" old fashioned LP.Now that's huge, it has a lovely pattern to help with bed adhesion but ill probably use the flat side as I prefer an almost mirror like finish on the bottom of my prints.Price wise it's excellent value for the money, and the quality is second to none.I would absolutely recommend this product to anybody seriously into 3d Printing.

Al despegar una mala impresión con PETG de la cama magnética de mi Sunlu S8 Pro un trozo de cama salió con la pieza. Así que decidí sustituirla por una de vidrio, con las que tengo más experiencia. Esta cama de vidrio funciona a la perfección
