I used this temperature controler approx. 4 months without any problem. Then suddenly the temperature probe malfunctioned. I had contact with the inkbird support team and they will sent me a replacement probe. The support team was very helpfull and proactive. Therefore my 5 star rating!

I purchased this temperature controller for my Juwel Río 240 aquarium. I use it with two heaters by splitting the heater output in two outputs.My settings: it starts heating when temp is below 23,4 degrees Celsius.I am also using the cooler output for a fan which starts cooling the aquarium when temperature reached 24,2 degrees Celsius.This all works as expected.One annoying remark is that when you open the temperature settings the controller always will start heating or cooling if the set temperature in not reached yet.So example: when my set temperature is 24,0 degrees and the current temperature is 23,8 degrees Celsius the heating will start as soon as I open the settings menu on my phone. Even if I do not adjust anything.This is no serious problem but just a bit annoying when you just want to check your settings.I have this heater now a few months and all works fine. WiFi setup was very easy and connection is stable. Temp settings can be checked all over the world (outside you WiFi network) via my mobile phone. This is a great feature.

Lange suchte ich schon ein Thermometer für mein 160Liter Becken. Ist nicht einfach was genaues zu finden. Dann frage ich GPT, welche Empfehlung es mir geben würde und es wurde dieses Thermometer genannt. Puhhh, 55€ für ein Thermometer aber mhmmm.Hab es mir dann geholt, getestet und iwie "ich glaube es ist ok"! Gut groß ist es schon, da gibt es kleinere aber die Kosten dann halt. Mein Kumpel hat ein solches an seinem 4000Liter Becken aber das kostet auch das 3fache. Habe es jetzt fest montiert und ich muss sagen es begeistert mich, es funktioniert, ist genau und steuert sauber den Heizstab. Für den Preis mit Wifi braucht man sich nicht beschweren, ist sein Geld wert und ich würde es wieder kaufen. Und für alle die eh ein Problem haben die kleinen Thermometer abzulesen, denen sei gesagt es ist perfekt abzulesen.
