I have used many IP Cameras and was excited about reading all the features of this Baby Monitor. However, while it arrived fast, that is the only positive I have experienced with it. The set-up was straight forward but the lag on the video and the low low low frame rate made it impossible. After being plugged in for an hour, it started by itself to pan left & right, up & down. The stream to the phone was ended and no matter what I did, eg reset, power on and off, reinstall the software, it would not return to normal. No support on the supplier website. I have used IP Cameras for 1/3rd the price that was a million times better. Product Returned.

I love love this baby cam! We just had our second baby and had to get this for her nursery! The functionality is great! It records everything. I love going back to videos. There’s perfect clarity ! The lullaby feature is awesome !!

I don't have babies hut after a recent home invasion we realized that we need cameras so that if it ever happened again we will have a face to show the police. Anyhow, this was an amazingly affordable alternative to alarm camera's. We close the eye when we are home but open it before bed or before we leave. If the system detects a face that it doesn't recognize (you tell it who you want it to recognize) it will immediately send you a notification and a photo of the person who doesn't belong. It's frigging amazing.

We had another camera for a year prior to buying this one. The other camera was a very well-known, name brand camera. We switched Internet providers and it was no longer compatible with our Internet so I was recommended this camera. I was already having issues with my other camera not staying connected throughout the whole night, so I purchased this to give it a shot. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I wasn’t familiar with this brand, but I was pleasantly surprised. The camera stays connected all night. I love that you can rotate the camera to see different areas of the room. The fact that you can play music is also a cool function! I don’t usually buy the subscriptions, but I did because I wanted to be able to watch it back to see how my son was getting out of his crib. We didn’t need all the fancy features that the subscription provides, we just wanted the playback feature… but if I had a newborn, it would be really cool to use the facial recognition features. The audio stays connected on my phone all night, even when I am not in the app. I got frustrated when our previous camera wouldn’t keep the audio connected through the night, but this camera rarely has issues with connection. Altogether this camera is great quality for the price and I highly recommend!!!

The cam works good but the volume is not that loud. Try to figure it out but nothing happened
