Got these as part of a trial and was really excited to put them to a test since I work from home and receive/make a substantial amount of calls. So here are my thoughts:+ Lightweight and comfortable+ Great audio quality+ Long battery life (lives through 8h day)+ Military grade security standards+ Can be used while charging+ Very good wireless range- Headset battery life not accurate on Jabra Direct app- Control buttons (pick the call, drop the call, put the call on the hold, switch between calls) works only in Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and Zoom- Way too expensive- Can be challenging to reconnect the headset

Very difficult to connect. She it does, it is great. But I cannot afford to wait a long time to connect the headset.

As a home worker, I spend 80% of my day on MS Teams calls and therefore a top quality headset is a must for me. The Jabra Engage 55 Stereo MS Team is perfect for my needs. The headset is very comfortable with nice thick cushioned ear pads and a very flexible headband that doesn't apply to much pressure but also does a good job of keeping the headset securely in place on your head. The sound quality is very good whether its just listening to others speaking on calls or listening to computer audio. My colleagues have commented on the microphone quality during calls and is a definite upgrade from my previous low budget headset. The battery life is very good, especially if you long press the button to turn the headset off in between use and at the end of each day. Setup was very simple! Plug in the USB receiver, turn the headset on and away you go! Connectivity has been excellent so far, not a single drop of connection and I was even able to walk all the way into the street and still be connected perfectly to the PC in the office on the other side of the house. The mute and end call buttons all work perfectly with MS Teams and saves a lot of effort scrabbling to find the unmute button on the screen when you need to speak or the mute button if you need to quickly speak to someone off the call. All in all, I am very happy with this headset, if I had to find 1 negative, it would have been great if it included a charging dock but if that meant a sizeable increase in the cost then I would probably still order without it.

Excellent upgrade from office issued Jabra Biz 2300 QD mono headset.No more tugging of the headset when accidentally leaving the chair without removing the cord headset.

Je trouve l'autonomie assez faible. Bugs de recharge (il faut déconnecter/reconnecter le casque plusieurs fois pour aller jusque'à la charge complète, sinon on a toujours "batterie faible"). Une pléthore de logiciels inutiles, intégrations bla-bla (Avaya, Zoom, Bria...), rien n'est désactivable. J'utilise Teams et rien d'autre. Tout est en archi "Intel", pas de version Apple Silicone. C'est fait pour des petites têtes. Les coussinets de chaque côté, je les préfère plus larges et plus plats.
