Purchase these to attach a cigarette socket to a stair battery I had as the socket on the car keeps blowing its fuse and you have to take the glove box out to get to it so can’t keep changing the fuse for the random time it blows.I need a cigarette socket for a tyre inflator and not having a socket on the car or a manual pump leaves it with under inflated tyres far too much.Added the terminal clams and the separate socket and it worked fine. Wanted to as a trickle charger socket but the connections on the trickle charger are smaller than the bolts than these clamps have. Expanded the holes in the connectors on the trickle charger and everything is perfect.The fit on the terminal is secure and solid so once clamped on they aren’t going anywhere unless you unbolt them.
