Jiffy Maïs Muffin Mix 240g (8,5oz) (Pack van 3) - American Import

I use this when making a traditional hearty cornbread. Add 2 eggs, 50g sugar, creamed corn tin, sweet corn tin and 150ml sour cream. Whip it up and bake for 45 mins. Delicious!!

Lovely and easy to make

I have it safely arrive and made my first batch of muffins this am. They were delicious.

Saw that it contained lard which i don't eat, but seller doesn't allow returns so had to give it away. Would not buy this or from this seller again.

I love cornbread. I always have. But the jiffy makes it easier and quicker. Very convenient. You do have to adjust the recipe as it can be a little dry. I know it’s imported but I think it’s a great deal over priced considering how cheap they are in America.
