Let op: Niet wassen voor het borduurwerk. Anders verdwijnt het patroon.
Hoe de band te gebruiken:
1. Scheid het binnen- en buitenframe
2. Leg het buitenste frame op de vlakke tafel (frame met de voorkant naar beneden).
3. Bedek de platte geborduurde doek op het buitenste frame (geborduurde kant naar beneden).
4. Druk het binnenframe met geborduurde stof licht in het buitenframe (binnenframe naar beneden).
5. Draai de geborduurde doek om de strakheid te voelen, het kan worden gebruikt om in nauwe toestand te borduren.

I have done forms of needlework/sewing for many years. But have never done any actual embroidery, other than cross-stitch/tapestry. So I already have over 100 threads from DMC and Anchor in my stash. But this kit appealed to me as it not only taught you various stitches, it also then gave you a way to keep your work as a useful reference. So I would say this kit is perfect for anyone, not just beginners.The actual kit - I was very impressed with all the accessories, the number of needles, the quality etc. I wasn't expecting much with the threads tbh. But they are just as good as DMC/Anchor - I have added a pic where you can see one of my DMC/Anchor threads against the new threads - they are just as good quality and have a lovely sheen. The threads were already on three different thread sorters, one set for each canvas. But I put mine all together and have included a pic. You get LOADS!! And a wide range of colours, I think only 2 were duplicated. Instructions were okay - they are obviously translated, so don't always make perfect sense. But I still found them usable, plus they had photos for each one. Also, I had reference books and the Internet, if I got stuck. I did find that some of the stitch names are completely different to how the stitches are known here in the UK (in the stitch books I have etc), but that's always been the case - different countries call them by different names. Again, it's easily sorted by looking online.The kit is definitely worth the money and well worth buying - appropriate for any skill level. And you get SO many threads! So if you are starting out, it works out a very cheap way to give you a great stash of colours to get started with, without having to buy loads more skeins, or compromise on quality by buying really cheap threads.
