very poor quality product, the instructions are very sparse and leave a lot to the imagination. I would only recommend this model to someone who has built models in the past, not impossible to construct but quite chalenging to the beginner.

All of the reviews for this are true. It's terrible. But! I love it. The instructions are scant at best, most the parts need adjusting to fit, and it requires a lot of inventive creativity to get it together. I managed to get the hull built after a bit of trial (top tip: none of the planks fit, so I covered the entire hull in a thin layer of wood glue, let it sit for 5 minutes then sanded with 80grit and let the glue and sawdust mix to fill the gaps. Worked great), but the masts confuse me and there are zero instructions on how to it. So it's on hold for a bit.
