Katsuobushi, gedroogde en gerookte Bonito Flakes Katsuo-Bushi, 40G, gemaakt in Japan

Es muy fino y tiene un rico sabor ahumado, está presentación en sobres me parece ideal para usarlo por porciones y mantener la buena calidad.

Les flocons sont plutôt sous forme de miettes agglomérées ensemble du coup pour les faire pleuvoir sur un Okonomiyaki c’est vraiment pas terrible… en plus la quantité par sachet est trop petite pour une portion mais 2 sachets ça fait un peu trop…

Excellent service and items

Great complex flavour. Huge bag, I am about half way through it now and will order another when it's gone. The individually portioned packets keep it fresh and it's really convenient to take one into work with me to dump in some pot noodles for a flavour boost.
