This is perfect to hang from, to stretch my shoulders to improve mobility and reduce impingement. Easy to install on top of the door frame, make sure you have enough clearance. The inner width is 82cm, outer width is 98.5, and height is 12.5cm. Comes with nice bolts to attach, and it's secure. It has a slim sleek profile so it looks ok. In terms of stability, I only hang from it, not doing any active pullups with it, but it seems very hefty and stable. I did not attach any backing board to the wall first (and don't seem to need to do that), but you may want to if you are over 200lbs and doing active pullups.

Before you buy, verify dimensions and your stud locations. Once installed this pull-up bar is extremely sturdy and the variety of grips are great. The bar is pretty smooth, if you don't like that it's easy enough to add some grip tape.Installation was very easy: mark out studs, place bar up and mark hole location, drill pilot holes into studs, secure lag-bolts into studs.

Received damaged.Probably the transporter fault but so is the packaging then. A bit disappointing for the price.Otherwise great sturdy bar, very solid.
