Super gut.

Recently purchased this beautiful set; arrived the next day and very sturdy & solid. Sadly the small casserole pot was missing but Amazon acted quickly to replace it! I wanted a stainless steel set to avoid toxic from non stick ware & replacing non stick every few years. If you know how to use stainless it will not burn; trick is to pre heat pans on a low-medium heat for 2 minutes or until heat rises; then drop a couple of water droplets in pan; when the water is in a ball form & moving around pans; this forms a non stick coating; you can then add oil; best is avocado or rapseed as it has high burn smoke for browning meats quickly without burning or sticking then gently roll around oil all over pans to create non stick & start cooking your raw meat.

Excellent pan set, easy to clean, nothing seems to stick. We'll made and feel like they will last a long time.Work great on my induction hob and distribute the heat to all of the base of the pan. Be aware the knobs on the lids do get hot.A little expensive but so good so far. Was that impressed I bought the black frying pans!

Buone ma dopo i primi utilizzi si sono create delle macchie sul fondo! Me le aspettavo più pesanti ma sono comunque robuste . Una cosa che non mi piace sono i rivetti che fissano lmi manici della pentola posti al suo interno
