Ce moule en silicone est parfait pour mes gâteaux. Il remplit bien sa fonction. Le démoulage est très facile, le nettoyage un peu moins.

Easy to wash and get the cake out

This makes a lovely bundt type cake! I had absolutely no problems with the platinum silicone mold having enough rigidity, my cakes rise beautifully in the mold, have a perfect outer crust, while remaining moist and tender on the inside, and practically slide right out when inverted onto a plate (it can help to peel the mold back a little bit, if they don't). I've always found Lékué's silicone cookware well worth the price, and have every reason to expect the same with this.

Cakes turn out beautifully with this mould. The baked product comes out cleanly with sharp impressions and even browning all round. Clean up is so convenient and it can be collapsed to take up less storage space.

Lo stampo per savarin/ciambella in silicone di Lekué è fantastico: subito provato, la ciambella è lievitata e si è cotta alla perfezione, staccandosi perfettamente dallo stampo, dove non sono rimasti residui! Anche la dimensione è ragguardevole (va bene sia per impasti piccoli che grandi). Davvero consigliata.
