This cordless picture light is a good quality product. Built quality seems quite good as well. You can use this light any where in your house or office. You can use this light as picture light, night light or desk light etc. As this light is battery operated so battery hold the charge for good amount of time. You can operate this light either through the button or remote control. This light looks so nice on the wall as i am using this on my family picture. I am quite pleased with this purchase.

Wireless picture light with telescopic pole holder for wall , attached magnetically on a ball joint so can be fully rotated to favoured angle .A touch control at the base of the picture light to turn on and scroll through lighting options or use the remote .The picture light makes a nice little night light or reading light on its own or stood on a table ,desk or mantelpiece for a bit of ambience .This is actually our favourite way to use it .Of good quality metal construction , mainly black in colour , it looks very stylish and not out of place in any setting.Fully charged on low light it’s lasts for many hours - the description says up to 10 hours , but I left it on overnight for 3 nights running and still had a few more hours use .Great quality , good design and looks more expensive than it is - I’ll be getting more for different rooms in house .The remote is best used in close range , I have noticed it interferes with other remotely controlled lights .

What’s the colour rendering index of the LED?If this is designed to illuminate a painting, the reproduction as close to the piece’s original state with the light on, is important. Not just “it has 3 colour temperatures.” Which a a tad clunky to operate without the remote.Which if you control other such bulbs you need to be aware of potential issues.For £49.99, the 30-10hrs working time means if this is a permanent feature, which it’s supposed to be…the frequency of recharging will get irritating quick.Even with the easy removable magnetic attachment. Maybe it’ll work better for other purposes, but the review is on this being a picture/painting light. And for something like that, charging once a week might be more appropriate than daily. So it’s 3.5/5 on that basis.The ball head where it connects to the arm does make it easy to position the light,but you have to do it (focus the through) every time.

Used this over my turntable as it's in the corner of our living room and when I stand in front of it I'm blocking the ceiling light so it's in shadow. This is perfect - battery powered so no wiring issues and I was able to direct the light right where I need it. As I only have it on when I'm listening to my records (I refuse to call them vinyl) the battery lasts well. The icing on the cake is the little remote which I can turn it on and off with and adjust the brightness. I just leave it on the side next to my turntable so it's always there when I need it.
