Chiu Chow chili-olie is een authentieke regionale chilisaus afkomstig uit Chiu Chow, China. Het wordt bereid van de fijn geconserveerde pepers en knoflook gemengd met sojabonenolie tot heerlijke pittige saus. Deze saus is geschikt om te gebruiken voor het dippen, koken of roerbakken.

Ingrediënten

Sojabonenolie, water, gedroogde knoflook, chilipeper poeder, gezouten chilipeper (chili, zout), sojasaus (water, zout, sojaboon, tarwemeel), zout, sesamolie, suiker, dinatrium 5-isosinaat en dinatrium 5-guanylaat als smaakversterkers.

I regularly buy this chilli oil and wait for the price to drop enough to purchase a couple at a time. I mix it in with fried rice, noodles or soup and it greatly adds to the flavour. Have a couple of salad recipes to try over the summer.It is hot so only need to mix in a small amount i.e. a teaspoon. Have tried a few brands, but this is the one!Recommended.

28 € de frais pour 2 petits pots de sauce piquante ça double le coût vérifiez bien que le fournisseur n'est pas Anglais ou basé en Angleterre !!! la la sauce est vraiment piquante lol

Absolutely love this chilli oil - it is a staple in my food cupboard (and goes amazingly well with fried eggs). Online this is much cheaper than in supermarkets and has so much flavour! I will be exploring more of the Lee Kum Kee range
