Purchased as a direct replacement for an old and broken internal letter box surround. It was good to find one with the distance between screw holes exactly the same as the old unit and with the same dimensions to the frame - avoiding the need for drilling new holes or doing any touch up painting of the door. The flap seems quite flimsy but has survived the first few weeks of use without breaking. It has noticeably cut down the draught coming in through the letter box, as we had hoped.This is a modestly priced item and we are pleased with the job it has done so far.
