Very nice little watercolour pad, the cotton paper is very absorbent so ideal for water colours, its a nice size so I can throw it in a backpack when we go hiking and along with a small pack of water colours this is just lovely to sit in a field and paint.For £20 its a little on the pricy side, but as the paper quality is so good I think that's a fair price for the 60 pages you get, plus as the paper is so think you can flip it over and paint on the back of it afterwards should you wish? or perhaps sketch on one side and paint on the other???great quality

Using it as a gouache journal. Love how sturdy and thick the paper is and also how really nice and absorbent it is. The paper is 100% cotton, a nice weight, and cold press which makes a great surface for watercolors. The size is small enough to fit in a small bag or purse, but large enough to create a good sized painting. My friends and I really enjoy working in this little book!Really good journal!
