We are finding that having a baby can end up costing a fortune, especially if using non-essential items like a nappy bin. We have one in the baby's room upstairs and find it very handy but the refills are expensive! Came across this refill and so far we think it is great! Will definitely last us longer than the refills and is a bit more environmentally friendly as you don't have the plastic cartridges to dispose of as you reuse them! It takes a small amount of time and effort o load the bags into the cartridge but it is easy to do. We have noticed that the bin is a bit pongy as the bags are not scented however have rectified this by sprinkling some scented laundry basket beads into the bottom of the bin and now the room smells lovely (top tip add the laundry beads to your vacuum drum too!). Will be recommending these refills to my mum friends!

Sto usando questa ricarica da 6 mesi, e sono arrivata a meta, usandolo tutti i giorni per 6/8 pannolini al giorno, quindi posso confermare che dura tantissimo, veramente economica e conveniente. Ricaricare l'anello del mangiapannolini è facilissimo e ci si mette poco. La prima volta bisogna leggere le istruzioni, ma poi si impara e si fa in automatico in pochi minuti. Lo ricomprerò di sicuro.

This is a really good product and saves us lots of money compared to the original Tommee Tippee cassettes which are expensive. One roll of 200m has lasted us about 7 months (started using when my baby was newborn). The original cassettes would cost us about £100 for the same time period. A downside is the refilling of the cassettes, but it doesn't take long to get the knack and it can be done while watching TV. It only takes a few minutes to do each cassette once you have got the hang of it. The liners keep the smell in pretty well when the bin is closed, but I do notice a smell at times when the bin lid is open and it is warm. We haven't found this to be a problem as I just empty the bin every 3 or 4 days rather than waiting for it to be as full as possible.

Arrived on time,well packaged with step by step directions on the cardboard tube which serves as a guide when feeding the wrap into the refillable case. Quite easy to use and appears to save a lot of money at first cos it's a lot of nylon.However...despite stuffing the canister full of nylon it only lasts a week at most for my 2 babies. The original tommee tippee wrap will last 2 weeks at least and I believe it's because that one is a softer type of plastic which folds and clings to itself much better than this. This one has to be pushed and pressed to stay in place before i clip down the top. If you don't have at least 2 empty refill tubs before buying this,it would be most inconvenient. The odour was also not masked since the wrap is not treated with baking soda. I expected this so i put a fragrance sheet into the tub but it only helped a little. I also need to make a complete 360 degree turn to twist the diaper in properly if not I get a very strong whiff when next I open the diaper pail.All in all,I gave 4 stars because the manufacturer delivered what they promised- enough nylon to fill 16 original tommee tippee cases. What they didn't say is that the nylon is a different type that takes up more space/volume in the can and at the end of the day you may not get more than the value of 1 or 2 original refills as extra plus some good exercise for your arms.I also like that it can serve as a back up for when I don't want to shell out for the original or when it's scarce especially in a country where it may not be readily available. Most of all it helps the environment by reusing and recycling. Rather this than single nappy bags in-house.
