The camera works very well. I've been using it for both of my children and it's easy to take along with you. In case of damage or something it's easy to contact them and they're very helpfull to find a solution.

We got the Lollipop cam as a gift and were very pleased with the quality of the video and the smart features (we also have an Eufy baby cam, which is reliable but the video quality is far less and the screen module's battery drains quite quickly). However, after just a few uses, the dreaded flashing red light showed itself, pretty much bricking the device.I reached out to customer support and was very pleased with their willingness to help out. They've resolved the issue in just a few messages going back and forth, so fingers crossed the problem is now resolved!

The concept and quality of the camera are good, that's why I gave it one star, BUT the camera has a lot of connection, unresponsiveness, and lagging problems. Mine just worked for 30 minutes, then suddenly lost connection and a strange sound like a rattling dying battery came out of the device; after that, it stopped working; I contacted support they told me to reset it, but nothing happened. I just asked for a refund and returned it the next day. At that high price point, it's downright unbearable.

All in all a good plug and play product. We use it we very evening and find the quality of the image good. The issues are both the microphone which was easily damaged after a loud party at our neighbour which the support team refused to admit although the camera was brand new. Furthermore I had to add a WiFi repeater near the camera since its WiFi receptor is poor.

Très bonne caméra que j’utilise tous les jours pour surveiller mes enfants. Elle offre d’excellentes fonctionnalités : image de qualité, son bidirectionnel pour écouter et parler à distance… Le gros avantage, c’est la possibilité d’y accéder même en dehors de la maison grâce à la connexion internet. Le service client est également remarquable.Je recommande vivement !

La Lollipop Baby Camera è uno di quei dispositivi che ogni neo genitore dovrebbe possedere. È l’oggetto perfetto da inserire nella lista nascita o da regalare durante il baby shower. Aprendo la confezione troviamo subito la nostra telecamera, io ho scelto il colore zucchero filato ovvero un rosa pastello davvero stupendo che si abbina perfettamente alla cameretta della mia bambina ma esiste anche nella colorazione azzurrina e verdino. Il baby monitor è a forma di lecca-lecca (da quì il nome lollipop) ed il materiale è di silicone infatti la codina è snodabile in modo da poterla posizionare in diversi punti della casa. Noi l’abbiamo agganciata alla culla in modalità vincolo grazie alla clip che si trova in dotazione nella scatola.Questa baby camera funziona tramite un’app scaricabile sia per Android che per IoS; essa ha molte funzionalità tra cui il monitoraggio del respiro ed il tracciamento del sonno, ma è possibile anche guardare il bambino a distanza anche se non siamo in casa (ad esempio se lo lasciamo con il papà) grazie alla connessione Wi-Fi con possibilità di far sentire la nostra voce anche se siamo lontani. Un’altra funzionalità è la rilevazione del pianto del bambino, dei rumori molto forti , superiori agli 80 decibel (valore modificabile a proprio piacimento) ed anche la rilevazione degli attraversamenti se ad esempio nostro figlio attraversa il confine che abbiamo precedentemente tracciato sull’app non sono si riceverà una notifica sul telefono ma anche, durante questi eventi, l’app registrerà un video dell’evento che ha la durata di 30 secondi, avendo la possibilità di salvarsi in automatico e rivederlo in un secondo momento. Inoltre, sempre tramite l’app, possiamo anche scattare delle istantanee carine mentre il bambino dorme o gioca e salvarle in un’apposito album.Una funzionalità che adoro in particolar modo è la possibilità di riprodurre dei brani musicali pre-caricati tra cui Chopin e Mozart, oppure dei suoni tra cui l’ asciugacapelli, le onde del mare, l’aspirapolvere, l’acqua, il rumore bianco o quello che si sente durante la vita intra uterina.L’audio è molto pulito (pensate che ho addirittura sentito il ticchettio dell’orologio!) ed anche potente, si sente ogni minimo rumore.Anche la qualità del video è ottima, sia con la luce naturale del giorno, che di sera, ma soprattutto di notte al buio la qualità è sorprendente!In conclusione, darei anche 10 stelle a questo prodotto, nonostante lo sto utilizzando da una settimana, ma è molto facile da installare, comodo sia in casa che fuori e soprattutto innovativo, nessun altro brand è riuscito a battere questa lollipop baby camera. Inoltre ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e quindi che aspettate? Correte subito ad acquistarla perché il gioco ne vale la candela!!!

Ce babyphone correspond à toutes mes attentes, il est très simple d’utilisation et d’installation. Un design discret et qui se fond dans la chambre de bébé. Un haut-parleurs qui permet de mettre quelques sons, de la musique ou de parler avec bébé. Et le must du must : AVOIR L’APPLICATION SUR TÉLÉPHONE ! Pas besoin de se balader avec un gadget dans la poche ou autre pour pouvoir entendre si bébé pleure. Une notification est envoyée au moindre son. Excellent produit que je recommande pour tous !

We haven't been using this camera long at all but within minutes I'd decided it was the one for us. I'm not one for reading instructions so the TINY amount of work involved in setting this up made the job even easier with PICTURED directions! YAY. Given the nature of the camera itself, it's able to be put virtually anywhere in the bedroom, which is great as I couldn't decided where I wanted it, ha. Now.. Let's get down to the user interface - Lollipop have smashed it. The app is child's play, ridiculously easy to use. The night vision and general picture quality is excellent, complete with the cry detection and noise level monitor makes this camera one of the best out there. I'm glad I chose as wisely as I did. If anybody is having second thoughts on if this camera is for you - it is!I only have one thing to complain about and that's the fact it doesn't come with a stand alone monitor but the functions in the app and the ability to still use your phone as normal whilst listening to your little bub snoring away makes up for that!5/5
