Ludovico einaudi : divenire solo piano

This book is wonderful! I would rate it on an Intermediate level--someone who has seriously studied the piano for 2-3 years should be able to easily play it. Here are the reasons I love it:* It follows the recordings in the same key, almost note-for-note. Places where the notes differ are because on the recordings, there are strings or other instruments that the piano has to make up for. Being so similar makes it REALLY fun to play along with the recording.* There are hardly any sharps or flats, making it easy to pick up and play through for the first time without struggling over each measure/section/page for days or weeks before moving on.* The composer wrote each of these beautiful songs in such a way that the fingering is natural and intuitive, making it easy to play.The ease of playing doesn't mean this book is too simple or boring. The songs are beautiful, flowing, and melodic, and I love playing them over and over. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves beautiful, flowing music.The one thing I don't like about it is that the binding is too closed/tight, meaning that the pages will not stay open very well at all. I've bought many piano books like this and never had much of a problem, unlike this one--it's really difficult to get it to stay open, even with other books holding the edges of the pages flatter. I wish it was spiral-bound. I've considered cutting the pages out and putting them inside sheet protectors in a binder.
