Make This Roman Villa: Usborne cut-out models

This was great fun, but really quite hard to do neatly. You need a craft knife, especially for the fiddly little decorations, and strong glue to hold it together. It was too hard for my 7 year old to complete alone, but good fun to do as a project with a parent to help for this age.

Use a good base, cardboard or polystyrene, use generous amount of gel type super glue to glue the base on the board, ensure a good smooth and flat surface to work on. For the buildings and other figurines, I would recommend the Bostik All Purpose glue, used 2 x 20ml tubes for the whole project.

Dieses Ausschneidemodell ist von sehr guter Qualität. Bestens geeignet als Unterrichtsmaterial zum Thema Römer und in Gruppenarbeit mit Kindern sehr gut zu verarbeiten. Die Arbeitsanweisungen sind auf Englisch, aber das ist unproblematisch, weil die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte ebenfalls abgebildet sind.
