I have been using different bidets for years.. This one is close to the best at this price. Solid built and good quality product.It seems this bidet was designed for European market. The issues are:1. The T hose fitting is not fit on the North America bathrooms. I reused the T fitting from my old bidet;2. Users manual is really bad. It states the power spec is 220V, which should be 110v. The manual is not for the power open/close lid/seat version. No where to find how to turn on/off ECO mode. I randomly tried, and found the ECO mode can be turn on/off by press and hold the Seat button on the remote.3. The safety power breaker is not required at North Ameria, because all the bathroom sockets are GFCI sockets;4. The water fillter is not required. It makes the installation and maintenance too complicate.5. This is a U shape bidet. Most North America toilets are V shape or O shape.

La instalación fue muy fácil siempre y cuando uno tenga las herramientas adecuadas, me quedo un poco grande para mi inodoro pero fuera se ello esta bien, el manual que trae es poco y nada de ayuda para la instalación, las funciones es casi por intuición, lo bueno es el sensor que abre la tapa del inodoro, faltó algún sensor de gesto para que levante la segunda tapa

It’s great, however I did buy 2 and the second one had a few small issues. The T piece to connect the water to it had a leak so I needed to find my own, one of the flaps that covers the jet gets stuck up and it’s a little louder than the other one. Both were purchased about 3 weeks apart so I guess I’m just a little less lucky with the 2nd one.It is a great product tho. Be warned however you need a large toilet for this to fit, I had to install 2 new toilets so this lid would fit

Lo compré en Noviembre y no he puesto reseña hasta ahora porque quería estar segura de que mereciera la pena.Sinceramente me ha encantado.La instalación ha sido fácil y funciona perfecto.Tiene para regular la temperatura del agua, y la potencia del chorro.Y luego puedes regular la temperatura del asiendo.También tiene modalidad eco.Buena compra, totalmente recomendable.

La partie électrique est bien (lunette chauffante, relèvement automatique), par contre la connection en plastique pour l eau ne tient pas, ça fuite, tout est inondé. Je dois chercher comment connecter le fin triât en plastique à l eau avec quelque chose qui ne fuit pas. Pour l instant pas de solution
