Este colador es perfecto para el kéfir, para mí la medida de 18 cm también es perfecta.Lo único que creo que este colador es un poco caro ya que es enteramente de plástico, eso sí funciona de maravilla.

This was a pleasant surprise after so many recent poor quality purchases, even from brands that used to be reliable, including Metaltex. The label says "made in Switzerland," so that might be a clue as to why it's so nice. Make sure you get what you ordered. The first time I ordered from a 3rd party seller who sent me a really bad generic sieve and had my subsequent feedback deleted. I ordered again via amazon directly and got what was advertised. If you're looking for a nylon sieve I really recommend. It's safe to drain boiling water, has a strong handle, sturdy supports, and the mesh is well integrated so you can put some pressure into rubbing tomatoes or berries through the screen. Sadly, the terrible seller is still trading somehow. I can't name them but they are imaginative oven users.
