As an experienced hand-embroiderer I'm quite pleased with these beautiful Anchor threads. I don't have any other Anchors to compare them with - I'm usually a DMC girl - but they're durable to stitch with and come in varied beautiful colours. The good quality is there.Coming from India they took about a week and a half to arrive. The two boxes I ordered (I believe the listing is just for the one box) are made of strong plastic with the Anchor logo and easily removable lids, so they're nice for longer term storage if you wish. You can see the colours you need through the box and the containers are stackable. Boxes were a little dusty but a good wet-wipe cleaned them.Each thread bundle is tagged in the usual fashion - the Anchor logo at the top and the other label indicating the colour number, 8 metre length and 100% cotton content. They seem authentic. Did I already say the colours are gorgeous? :)Please refer to the photos I attached. Fair price and good economy to buy more. I do recommend these, just be a little patient about the delivery time.Happy sewing my friends :D x

beautiful Anchor thread, what more can i say. Anchor threads are a joy to work with. I just wish there was a few more skeins of blue. Having said that when you embroider or cross stitch as much as i do, you have many colours in your work bag. Well i know I do. Well worth the price. Will be looking at your other sewing items as well. Thank you

Als ich mit dem knüpfen begonnen habe, habe ich mir diese Bänder bestellt um verschiedene Farben zu haben. Sie gehen beim Knüpfen leider relativ schnell auseinander. Für Anfänger eine sehr gute Box. Wer fortgeschritten ist und schönere Ergebnisse haben möchte, wird wahrscheinlich auf andere gar nicht zurückgreifen
