Le produit est bon, je ne met pas 5 étoiles parce que c'est assez dispendieux et on ne choisit pas l'ensemble de tissu c'est au hasard...Arrivé rapidement

Unfortunately this product did not arrive as it appears to have been lost in the post. I contacted the trader, Langleys Toymaster of Norwich, by e mail. Andy, whom I assume is the manager, telephoned me to offer either a full refund or a substitute products of similar design. I cannot praise Langleys too highly; Andy was both courteous and helpful and went out of his way to post the chosen products to me immediately. They arrived the next day, in time for my granddaughter's birthday. I have no hesitation in recommending the toy store and just wish I live nearer so I could visit personally!As for the product itself, it is attractively packaged and is the requisite fabric to use with the Sew Cool machine. However these are not 'pocket money' toys, and as just pieces of felt they are extremely expensive. Ordinary craft felt, widely available at a much cheaper price, does not work in the machine and this is something that the manufacturers should address. I am an experienced crafter, and actually own an adult machine which works on the same principle, called an Embellisher or Felter, and feel strongly that we should be encouraging youngsters to take up and continue up crafts, such as this. Therefore, the materials should be more affordable, and easier to obtain, as without an interested adult (parent, grandparent or teacher) to search for them, they could become frustrated and disinterested.However, the Machine is well made and a good introduction for children to 'sewing', though not in the conventional manner with thread and needle. Adult supervision required for younger children, but plenty of scope for the older child to experiment and be creative.
