Solid, well engineered parts. Comfortable to use - just make sure to adjust it for you, which is easy as everything is adjustable!One thing to bear in mind if you are new to this, is that you will almost certainly need a frame mount for your specific camera, if you have any other attachments or need cables in the right place. Of course that is normal, this being an excellent shoulder-mount to build all that on top of.

Have used this for a few events so far and I have to say it definitely is an improvement over handheld footage, especially for long shots. I don't recommend using it for more than an hour at a time though as you may start to get a bit stiff and sore holding your arms out in front of you for that long. But for bursts of energetic footage here and there, this is pretty good. My only real complaint is that the plate the camera sits on should be built up higher above the pole tracks it currently sits between. If you have a lens on a dslr, you likely won't be able to push the camera all the way to the end of the tracks; the tightening knob at the end is on the top of the tracks, right in the way of the lens. It doesn't screw up the footage (it sits juuuust out of shot) but it means you can push your camera to the end like you should be able to.All in all, good price for a shoulder stabilizer. Could serve you well for a few years if you use it right.
