I love Instant noodles and consistently try new brands and flavours. But so far these have been the best noodles Ive ever had! The seafood flavour creates a rich and flavourful broth full of umami, and the spice is perfect! Its not a spiky 'burn your mouth off' spice, Its a slowly growing warming spice. They are also super versatile, you can add anything your heart desires! Personally I love adding some brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil, it really deepens the already deep flavour. You can even make it a meal by adding whatever toppings you'd like, such as a soft boiled egg. The noodle itself is very thick and almost chewy when cooked correctly, Im never normally a fan of thick noodles as I find them bland, but these noodles absorb all the broth flavour!
