This 100% does the job for me.I’ve a Dell home dock which has 2 display ports and an HDMI so I used this to connect my laptop to 2 old Dell monitors that I had laying around which only have a VGA connection on them. It does the job perfectly for me and the picture quality is great.Just plug and play and they are connected and at this price a great deal.Easy to use and a couple of minutes setting up in my laptop settings and all systems are go.
