I tried the 100mmx177 cartridge that everybody said to use for the odd(111-112mm) on the Malus. It never felt solid. I took a chance on this "120"mm bottom bracket. I'm glad I did. Not only is the M-wave better built(more solid construction and tighter bearing-less play), it fits better. I did need and additional 2.5mm spacer(it comes with one) to get the chain line correct. But it positions the crank arms more evenly. There will be 4-5mm of threads showing on the non-drive side(about the same spacing as provided by the spacers on the drive side). I found (by trial and error) it is best to thread the non-drive side in about half way then thread the drive side in to torque specs, then tighten the non-drive down afterwards. All in all it provides a sturdy properly sized sealed bearing bottom bracket for a bike which most say isn't available. Just wish more American bike shops would carry these. I was forced to order from a European based bike shop and had to wait for shipping from Spain. Still well worth it though IMHO.

Mi impresión es que es un componente que parece tener una calidad adecuada. Lo mejor es que esté disponible, ya que es un componente no muy habitual (Fat Bike con mecánica clásica) y con esa relación calidad-precio.
