Excellent pack, great size (small) for your personal item on board, with the essential internal pockets (including one zip pocket for passports, wallet, etc.) for a basic organization without getting tangled in multiple layers of zipping at key moments (like going through immigration, pawing about looking for that passport). Simple one main compartment. It is not a carry-on suitcase, so don't get it if you want to carry volume. That is not the point. I have not tried the laptop pocket, but even there, I did not get this as a laptop carrier, although it looks perfectly capable.

One of my concerns with this backpack was the color. I was worried it wouldn't look like the picture, but in my experience, it was true to the photos!I bought this to take to work and I find the design to be very modern and professional, and obviously the color is a fun pop in the office rather than a neutral. The pack itself unzips really nicely but holds tight!It's so comfortable to wear too, and I can fit my 15 inch laptop with easy! The pockets inside allow me to keep things organized and well prepared. I love it! Very pleased with this purchase!
