Larger than I thought so swapped for a size down.Well made as you expect from Osprey.

Gilet complètement inadapté à la pratique de la course à pied. Il ne dispose d'aucun maintien à l'arrière et ne serre pas assez à l'avant, il bouge sans arrêt quand vous courez et c'est tout juste inadmissible. C'est dommage, les poches étaient pourtant bien pensées, mais ne le travail d'ajustement n'a pas été mené jusqu'au bout. Très déçu. Obsolète à mon sens.

Bought this to help me with long distance running, but also used it as extra storage for skiing.I've found it instantly comfortable and love the clip-in method. The slight amount of elastication means it fit over my ski-jacket without adjustment, but isnt constricting and uncomfortable. There are no areas it rubs or anything like that.it has one zip pocket good for phone/keys (sadly not two which would allow you to keep both safe but seperate), two pockets good for nutrition, and a couple of deeper pockets which will fit a 500ml drinks bottle each if so inclined. I've not yet found a use for the pocket at the back.It is the good quality you'd expect from Osprey, i bought this after buying osprey rucksacks which also impressed me.
