Was er blij mee, maar helaas na 6 maanden breekt de standaard ineens af. Niet eens intensief gebruikt, niks geks mee gedaan ook. Erg poreus materiaal. Beter 1x iets meer betalen voor een goede.

Great product. fits perfectly on 20" bike ... the extension should be good for larger bikes too ... sturdy and great price too.

I have a bigger Allet C34 mower and this was a direct replacement for it. Price is much better than Allet who charges 3 times the amount. It's cast aluminum which is light, but not incredibly strong.

I like the shape of the foot, it allows you to stand your bike on uneven surfaces successfully.

This is a great stand for the price. The only reason I've taken off a star is that it was too long (even on its shortest setting) for my sons 20 inch wheel mountain bike. However by undoing the locking screw I was able to remove the inner telescopic tube, and with a junior hacksaw I cut off an inch of the outer tube. Drilled a new hole for the lock-screw to pass through (as it was on the end of the tube it was now on the garage floor), Put it all back together and now its perfect. Took me around 10 minutes to do the modification. The large rubber foot is great on both hard and soft surfaces.

The stand is really easy to fit and set to the correct leg length. Padding was used to protect the bikes paint and help prevent any surface corrosion. It fits snugly against the chainstay and only needed moving inwards a little to prevent the cadence sensor hitting the stand on each pedal stroke. In black it looks really neat when folded up and down, but as others have said the “big foot” does not fit flat on the ground more like it’s on its tip toes.I have fitted this to a Genesis Tour de fer and it does the job of supporting just the bike quite well without any panniers. However, with any additional weight the stands leg twists and flexes quite badly as it is a tubular alloy and I am not convinced it will last…price you pay for being lighter weight. In addition the top plate still had some sharp burrs that needed filing off otherwise they would have cut into the bike frame (even with padding) but in general it’s not bad for the price. So if you are after a cheap lightweight stand just to support your bike and have the bracket/fitting point behind the bottom bracket it is fine but if you’re used to travelling with panniers I’d recommend a solid cast stand and probably one that attaches to the chainstay to provide additional support at the rear of the bike…I would not feel confident leaving the bike propped up on this Oxford Big Foot stand for a protracted period of time.
