It's meant to be a DETERRENT - if someone really wants your bike, they'll get it. BUT, with the orange labeling and attention cable, it will at least keep the EASY thieves away and have them looking for something easier to steal. The alarm is loud when it goes off - especially for the size of the unit - I wish it went off longer than 10s (maybe had a setting you could change). It also is rechargeable, using USB-C, and that's a nice touch, too. It's small enough to carry with you and has a REAL key that can't easily be jimmied open without setting off the alarm. For the price, you can't beat it as a DETERRENT.

Das Schloss ist für meinen 300er Roller. Es macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, lässt sich leicht verriegeln und öffnen. Auch das mitgelieferte Erinnerungs-Kabel erfüllt seinen Zweck.Alle diese Art Schlösser sollten nach Möglichkeit beim öffnen nicht all zu viel bewegt werden, da der Alarm sonst los geht, dass ist ja aber auch das, was dass Schloss machen soll ;-) Ich habe keine Probleme es zu öffnen ohne das ein Alarm ausgelöst wird. Auch den eingebauten Akku finde ich super, kann man bei Bedarf ca. alle 4-5 Monate aufladen.Würde es wieder kaufen.

This Motorcycle Disc Lock is easy to setup, has proper sensitivity, emits a loud noise when triggered and is rechargable.Tested it out a 600CC sports bike which the sensitivity was perfect to the point you could bump the Motorcycle and not set it off however once the wheel moved or was disturbed, a loud alarm would emit noise until no vibration was detected for several minutes.It can be recharged via USB cable which is included however advertised battery life is long. You get a spare key with it in case you lose a key by accident.Did not show any signs of stress during testing keeping a 600lbs Motorcycle secured as intended.Motorcycle Disc Lock that works properly, emits a loud noise when triggered, can be recharged and holds Motorcycle in place.
