Just the right size and power. Easy lifting handle for carrying because it's heavy. We had a blockage in the water system in the loft and couldn't drain the tank so I bought this beauty, probably a bit over the top but it drained 50 gallons in seconds and watered the garden in the process. I had to buy the hose connections (see photos) but they are easily available. The pump is quite noisy but I was panicking to make sure there were no leaks when it fired up so wasn't too concerned at the time. The hose connections shown take the standard quick fit garden hose type. It feels a solid pump and I think good value. I didn't want to risk running it dry so filled the pump with water to prime which worked first time. It does come with a UK 13amp plug adapter which I'll replace with a standard plug when the guarantee runs out. It's a beast but an item of beauty for those that can appreciate it - recommended.

Fait son travail. Très peu bruyant, j'en suis agréablement surpris. Léger et semble de très bonne facture. Ma piscine de 10m3 s'est vidée en quelques heures au profit de ma pelouse.

Habe die Pumpe nun knapp 3 Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden:* sie macht einen soliden Eindruck (Metall-Gehäuse)* die Saugleistung ist absolut ausreichend (für meine Zwecke sogar mehr als genug)* der Geräuschpegel ist absolut ok (ich kann sie schon morgens um 06:30 einschalten, ohne die Nachbarn zu stören)Ich benutze sie zusammen mit einem WERIT 1000l Regenwasser-Tank und dem Gardena Micro-Drip System für unsere Gartenbewässerung. Ich musste eine Teil-Rückführung in den Tank legen, da die Pumpe ja bis zu 2000l/h bringt, ich aber nur gut 120l/h benötige (das liegt dann natürlich nicht an der Pumpe, sondern an der Art und Weise, wie ich sie verwende). Funktioniert einwandfrei, bin sehr zufrieden.Habe einen Vorfilter vor die Pumpe eingebaut, um Sand etc. aus dem Wassertank auszufiltern (soll die Lebensdauer der Pumpe verlängern).Klare Kaufempfehlung -- Tipp: bei der Planung auf die Dimensionierung des Gesamtsystems achten, damit alles passt.

Really great pump and yes you do have to prime it as it's not submersible, so far its the only pump that actually gives me 2 plus bar pressure to run a hosepipe from a well.
