Edit 1+ year later: fountain still working like it did on day 1! Another benefit I have discovered is that it doesn’t accumulate limescale buildup as the old plastic one did. I only change the water and give it a quick rinse and a little brush of tube-shaped parts and that’s it, good as newThis fountain is really great! It looks super stylish, the stainless steel bowl and wireless pump make it super easy to clean and most of all it is completely silent. I really can’t hear it at all, while the previous fountain made a very distinct sound. I have the app installed but I only used it for the initial set up, otherwise I don’t tend to check it much. The only function I am missing is low water level notification - once the fountain dips under the minimum water level it just shuts off. It doesn’t start making weird noises when it dips low like other fountains, so sometimes I am not sure when exactly it ran out. Aside from that it’s a great fountain, seeing how all of the parts are replaceable and easily available I am sure it will last us much longer than its CatIT predecessor

In the manual it says that, if you want to get a notification when water level is low, you need the feeder from the same brand. It doesn’t work. You need to keep an eye on the led light to know when you need to refill the water tank. For one cat, a full water tank can last around 7-10 days. Better than the Cat Mate fountain I used before.

I had the previous PetKit fointain but had to replace the pump two times because it died.Bought this one and its easier to clean and the metalic boarder doesnt get all sticky.My cats drink much more water since Ive got this one.

Purchased this drinking fontain because my Ragdoll cat is having difficulty drinking from a normal bowl. The fontain gives a cat the illusion that the water is fresh. I really like the smart features as well that you can control with your phone. In terms of build quality, I believe this fontain is really well built. It has some weight to it so that's usually a good sign too!

It works fine. It starts automatically after you plug it in. If you want to change the constant flow to something else than you will need to connect it with your mobile via app.

Firstly I bought this item about end of february for my new kitten. It is now not useable in the middle of april because of "Lack of Water" error when there is water almost on max level. Only thing I did was refreshing water by removing the container from its wireless dock. I reached out to customer support which I think the best customer support ever.They checked the warranty and provided me new pump. However, I was still getting the same error with the new part. I took a video of it to show how it is not working eventhough I tried anything - I am a troubleshooting engineer btw. Anyway, still nothing works properly. I reached out them again for a full replacement. Because of the video of proof, they will send me a new one and probably it will arrive in couple of days.So as a product review, unfortunately I do not recommend it. It can break up software wise very easily. App says its working but either no flow or lack of water error pops up. I am very upset with the purchase but customer support really helped me alot.I do recommend non wireless versions but please don't go with this model imo.

Adatta per un cucciolo di cane se con pazienza gli fate capire come si usa, dopo i primi attimi di perplessità, perché provava a mordere il centro della fontanella, ha capito che bere da lì è facilissimo. Dopo mezz'ora di prove tecniche adesso il cucciolo la usa senza problemi.

Najlepsze poidło! CIche, bez kabla, łatwe do mycia. Koty zadowolone. 10/10. Super bardzo polecam.

Ich finde den Brunnen gut, er erinnert dann app wann gereinigt oder ein neuer Filter eingesetzt werden kann, die Reinigung ist auch ziemlich einfach, es hat eine unkomplizierte Pumpe die auch sehr einfach zu reinigen ist, ohne Kabel, echt mega. Nur leider nutzen es meine Katzen nicht so gern, wäre cool wenn es einen Aufsatz geben könnte, wo das was wie auf einen Wasserhahn raus läuft

Este bebedero de agua es ideal para perros pequeños asta 5 kg es suficiente. Mantiene el agua fresca y limpia tiene un filtro que dura un mes estoy muy contento no tengo que estar cambiando todos los días con este bebedero tiene para muchos días es un buen producto.
