I was hesitant at first with this product, however, it has really exceeded my expectations. We recently added a new little girl cat to our household, she is 4 years old and eats wet cat food twice a day. Our other cat is open fed dry cat food and he does very well with it. So adding this to help us ensure that she is fed exactly at the same time every day has really been a blessing, it works perfectly.My only criticism for it, is that she eats twice a day, and I have to have 2 schedules that I have to manually switch between to ensure that she is being fed. Its really only a minor inconvience.

Tengo dos gatos con diferentes dietas de comida húmeda. Les preparé comederos con puertas con microchip para que puedan comer por separado. Al principio eran una gran opción, pero ahora suelen llegar tarde a sus horarios. Uno abre a las 4 p. m. y el otro no a las 4:02 p. m., así que tengo un gato molesto y tengo que forzar la apertura yo mismo en la aplicación. Por suerte, trabajo desde casa. Si estuviera de viaje o trabajando en otro lugar, sería un gran problema. Los he reiniciado y reprogramado varias veces, pero el problema persiste. Por el precio, es una gran decepción.

Llevo un mes usándolo y es la mejor compara que he hecho para mi gato y para mi. Definitivamente un buena compra si tu gato te levanta en las noches por comida

Update 5/28I decided to reach out to Petlibro on all of the social networking messaging I could think of. Finally got a hit on Facebook Messenger. Within 10 minutes the support rep read through all of my cases and refunded me the purchase price via Amazon gift cards, as I live at an international address and Petlibro could not ship internationally while Amazon can. This was an acceptable method as far as I was concerned. I was very pleased the rep didn't ask me to go through all the troubleshooting again. It was disappointing that the white feeder is no longer available. I also decided to upgrade to the stainless steel tray feeder hoping it is slightly more advanced. There was a coupon that made it only $20 more because apparently I feel the need to give Petlibro even more money after this...I've updated my 1-star review to 3-star. The product did still fail after 3 months. I'll come back 6 months after I get the new product and consider a higher rating if it's still working as expected.=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-Original reviewIt worked perfectly for three months, then it started to malfunction. In short, about 30 minutes before feeding time, the tray rotates from a refrigerated location to the feeding location so the food warms up. After the malfunction, instead of rotating one spot, the tray begins to rotate without stopping. When the cover opens for feeding, the tray constantly spins.I opened a support request with Petlibro and traded about three messages almost right away. They asked me to try several troubleshooting steps, which did not resolve the issue. They asked me to record and send a video of the behavior. After I did that, there was no response from support for four days. I asked for a follow-up via email every day and have not heard back. I have opened up new support requests, and so far, there has been only one response, but no follow-up.The warranty should be valid for one year, and we are within that window. No phone number is listed, so you cannot speak to a human.When the device works, it is an ideal solution. Unfortunately, neither the technology nor the support seem reliable. If the device is replaced and works well for a while, I will revisit my rating.
