I’m very happy with this feeder, and the quality is pretty good! I’ve had it for a couple of months now, and the battery lasts surprisingly long, about 6 weeks on a full charge. The app is also really nice. I like how easy it is to schedule feedings, and it even adapts when you travel to a different time zone, showing both times and warning you of the change. I’ve had no issues so far, my cat hasn’t been able to open the lid.The only downside is that it’s very loud, especially if you use the steel bowl, so if you place it where you sleep, it might disturb you. The red blinking light and app notification when it’s almost empty are really helpful, though I wish the warning came a bit sooner since there’s barely anything left when you get the alert, maybe 1 or 2 small dispenses.Other than that, it’s a very good product, and I do recommend it!

I bought this machine because it can be used and controlled via phone app. However, in 2 months that i am using it there were 3 times connection issues which caused machine stopped giving food. At the time i am writing the review, it has also been confirmed by the company that they have connection issue today. I cannot use the machine. So if I was away trusting the machine will provide food, my cat would stay hungry. Don’t buy it.

I was looking for a Wi-Fi feeder that can portion the smallest amount as possible.All products on the market giving as reference only 10g as the smallest amount.This with this feeder I am able to feed 5g of dry food.I schedule it for every 2–3 hours so that the cat can lose a bit of weight with additional playing sessions.- Few words regarding the 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi:I am using both bands with the same SSID(= Wi-Fi name) and in my case I had to turn OFF the 5GHz band in my Router settings during the first setup/registration process.After the registration and the Firmware-update I tested the feeder function by manual feeding function (in the application) and thereafter, I turned ON the 5GHz band on (both, the 2.4GHz and 5GHz are running activated and have the same SSID).- So no problems with the update or some unexpected behaviour as I was reading in some other comments here.- During the feeding process, the food rushes into the metal bowl, which is a little noisy, I solved it by exchanging to a ceramic bowl or putting some soft cloth between the metal and plastic bowl.My cat loves to have some small snacks during the night and during the day I am feeding him wet food.- We are happyUpdate after a few months:- I am annoyed about the limit of 10 feeding cycles that can be done within 24h- the metal bowl is replaced by ceramic, due to the noise- some minor issues that Petlibro app had with the notification system. The notification for the feeder gave inconsistent messages that is lost power connection, even nothing changed. But since a few days the bug is fixed.

Ich habe das Gerät zum Zeitpunkt der Rezension gut 2 Wochen im Dauereinsatz und kann folgendes dazu sagen:Die Verarbeitung macht einen wertigen Eindruck.Das Gehäuse besteht aus Plastik und der herausnehmbarw Fressnapf aus Edelstahl, was das Säubern um einiges angenehmer macht.Aufgrund des langlebigen Akkubetriebs und der handlichen Größe kann das Gerät nahezu überall in der Wohnung platziert werden.Nach 2 Wochen Batteriebetrieb war der Akku laut Anzeige noch bei 50%. Die Angaben, dass er etwas einen Monat durchhält scheinen also Pi mal Daumen zu stimmen.Der Futterbox Verschluss ist simpel aber gut und meine Katze kann diesen nicht öffnen, um an das Futter-Reservoir zu gelangen (wobei er Schränke und Schieber locker geöffnet bekommt)Das Einrichten im hauseigenen WLAN und das einrichten via App aus dem AppStore ist auch sehr intuitiv und schnell bzw werden einem alle notwendigen Schritte angezeigt, so dass Komplikationen dabei ausgeschlossen sein dürften.In der App lassen sie dann die Fütterungszeiten und -Mengen einstellen. Es kann auch jederzeit frei gefüttert werden, in dem man über "Jetzt füttern" seiner Fellnase etwas zu knabbern gibt.Ansonsten können mehrere Geräte auch auf unterschiedliche Tiere verlinkt werden, so dass man für jedes Tier das dafür geeignete Futter ausgeben kann (räumliche Trennung ist dafür natürlich sinnvoll)Weiterhin bekommt man über die App alle relevanten Nachrichten bzw Statusmeldungen. Von "der Futterbehälter hat einen geringen Stand und muss bald nachgefüllt werden" bis hin zu das Gerät wurde "An Steckdose angeschlossen" oder befindet sich im "Nur Batteriebetrieb".Man wird also transparent vom Gerät mit Informationen versorgt und kann sich meiner Erfahrung nach auch auf dessen Zuverlässigkeit verlassen.Stand jetzt kann ich dieses Produkt nur empfehlen. Jeder der mal 1 oder 2 Tage von Zuhause fernbleiben möchte oder muss, und nicht zwangsläufig einen Platz in einer Pension bekommt oder buchen möchte, der kann sich hiermit eine Alternative zulegen.
