The item is good. Its interface could be more functional but it's fine. I don't like the filter gets pretty slow after a month, they clearly designed it to get clogged so you're forced to replace it even if you want to extend the usage. It doesn't make much sense because I double filter the water using a filter on my tap, so they must use some sort of technology that makes something inflate inside of the filter as it stays wet to make it stop working. I can't affirm that for sure, but be advised that you will have to replace the cartridges once a month even if you use it for a single person, or you'd have to stop filtering and only using the device to dispense cold/natural/hot water.Besides that, if you want a quick tea or even some quick hot water to speed up your cooking it's a very good device. I hope that, because it's a well known brand, the quality is good. I am using original cartridges this time but I might try something generic. I am currently wondering if the Brita cartridges are compatible. If so, I might give them a try once I run out of my six pack (it's not expensive, but I think it should last longer if I feed it with already filtered water).

Als het product zou werken is het super, maar het is al kapot na 2 maanden gebruik, de stoppen slaan door wanneer je het water op wil warmen. Kan nu alleen maar de waterfilter functie gebruiken. Ook irritant is de verplichte ontkalkfunctie. Iedere maand slaat die functie zo maar aan en dan werkt het apparaat niet meer! Wil je net een kop koffie zetten, moet je het apparaat schoonmaken en dat proces duurt ruim een half uur.... Dit heb je dus iedere maand terwijl er totaal geen kalkaanslag in het apparaat zit. Miskoop, was er even heel blij mee toen het allemaal werkte.... ik ga op zoek naar een andere.

Ik heb dit apparaat (met filters voor een half jaar) in juni ‘23 via Amazon gekocht. Philips is voor mij een vertrouwd merk dus dacht dat het helemaal goed zou zijn. Maar ik had beter naar de recensies moeten kijken……In de eerste instantie werkte het apparaat goed, maar de plastic smaak van het water ging inderdaad niet weg. Hierover contact gehad met klantenservice Philips. Omdat het apparaat geen huishoudelijk apparaat is (?!) moest ik een mail sturen naar Philips.water.europe@aquashield-IPS.euHeb ik verschillende malen gedaan, maar nooit bericht van terug gekregen.Nu kan ik inmiddels het apparaat helemaal niet meer gebruiken omdat de ontkalkingsknop blijft knipperen.Wederom gebeld met Philips. Lang verhaal kort: zij kunnen en gaan je niet verder helpen en verwijzen naar Amazon.Getracht contact te maken met Amazon. Dat lukt ook niet. 220 Euro weggegooid….Koop deze All in one waterstation van Philips niet!!!

It seems that the filtration works the other way around where the bad parts of the water are ending up in what you drink and what’s supposed to be good water is being wasted. The water is undrinkable and truly disgusting.My dogs won’t even drink it !It also gives plastic parts in your mouth where I don’t know where it’s coming from, whatever comes out is not for human or animal consumption.This product needs to be checked by the makers and developers of not the product than the filters because something is truly wrong with it.

Na 10 maanden laat die zekering springen en na contact met de maker voor gerantie kreeg ik het volgende te horen:Unfortunately, we have to tell you that we do not have an official distributor of our products in the Netherlands, so we cannot provide after-sales service. Please contact your dealer to apply for after-sales service.Gelukkig heeft Amazon mij een retour label getuurd en gaan ze het complete bedrag terug storten.

Habe nach einer Alternative gesucht und eine Menge negative Kommentare gelesen. Tatsächlich habe ich mir Zeit genommen, um verschiedene Geräte anzuschauen und die Tests mit Verbrauchererfahrungen auf diversen Internetseiten zu verglichen.Umkehrosmose erstmal nicht, aber ein Gerät, welches nicht angeschlossen werden muss und gutes Filterergebnis bittet.Ja, kein Gerät ist 100 % perfekt, da alle eine andere Vorstellung vom "Perfekt" haben.Mir persönlich sagt das Gerät sehr zu, bin zufrieden und trinke gern das gefilterte Wasser mit 40 Grad. Das Wasser ist in wenigen Sekunden im Glas mit gewünschter Menge. Habe es nachgeprüft, wie genau die Menge ist. Es sind 14 ml konstant mehr, was ein gutes Ergebnis ist.Das Gerät ist pflegeleicht, autark und ersetzt den Wasserkocher und zugleich Britta-Filter komplett.Ich persönlich schalte es nach der Benutzung ab, indem man auf den An-Knopf etwas länger druckt (sonst verbrauch es unnötig Strom).Das, was mir nicht so zusagt, dass es tatsächlich drumherum "Spuckt" und wegen der Größe der Tasse ich den Untersetzer nicht höher anbringen kann.Schön wäre die Lösung, wie bei den Kaffeevollautomaten, die Düse nach unten ausziehbar.Freie Wahl bei der Temperatur ist mir lieber gewesen, was auf dem günstigen Gerät auch gegeben ist.Sonst wirklich ein tolles Gerät, das ich seit 2 Monaten täglich nutze.

Acquistato d'impulso. Mi sembrava un buon affare. Effettivamente la macchina fa quello per cui è progettata come da istuzioni. Per limitare i consumi nelle stagioni fredde è possibili disattivare la funzione di refrigerazione e utilizzzare l'acqua a temperatura ambiente. I filtri sono facili da reperire ed econimici rispetto ad altri apparecchi. Non sto più comprando acqua in bottiglia di plastica ( un risparmio economico ed ecosostenibile) utilizzando acqua del rubinetto che viene filtrata. A parte i primi utilizzi che lasciano un sapore residuale di plastica che poi scompare con l'utilizzo devo dire di essere particolarmente soddisfatto. con un gasatore si potrà facilmente ottenere acqua gasata a piacimento.
