We have the hr3741 for 1,5 years and it works well, decent quality, feels like it is going to last many years. Why not great?- the lowest velocity is still somewhat fast. That gives a spilling risk- 1 missing hand. My mistake. Should have bought with a bowl. Though this is smaller and doesn’t require so much space in the cupboard, too many times I had the bowl in 1 hand, the mixer in another and needed to add ingredients…Detail; I thought a regular bowl would do but had to buy a special one with rounded shape at the bottom. Add these cost to the hand mixer and you are nearly at one with a bowl.

I'm not a baker that I would use this hand mixer for mixing cake batter or something, but I needed something that I could use to make dough for Indian breads. I'm an Indian living in the Netherlands, but we regularly consume Indian staple food such as naan, roti etc.Kneading the dough is HARD - believe it or not, it consumes a lot of time and is a difficult task if done every day. I needed something to help me do that quickly and without the mess. More than making the dough quickly, I LOVED the fact that my hands are not sticky or messy anymore. I can freely do other work while making the dough and it feels like a breeze. This hand-mixer does the job PERFECTLY! Would definitely recommend it.

Het is een Philips made in Drachten Holland. Beter huis houdelijke apparatuur is er niet.

Helaas was 1 klopper bij ontvangst iets verbogen vandaar maar 4 sterren. Verder een degelijke mixer.

Je l'adore ce batteur il tient tellement bien la route il fouette super bien pour monter des blancs en neige avec ça en 1 minutes c'est fait, tellement il est rapide, il n'est pas trop lourd du tout ça va
