These have a waterproof outer layer which actually stops the leaking from going through. I have other cloth ones and they are pretty much useless because the whole thing gets wet. Definitely a good purchase and will order more

These pads absorbed so much more than I ever expected. They were also super comfy. The laundry bag made it easy to wash them and keep them from getting lost.

Insgesamt ein tolles Produkt. Ich bin mit der Saugfähigkeit und der Passform total zufrieden. Klar ist, dass man die Einlagen schon regelmäßig wechseln sollte, egal ob sie voll sind oder nicht. ;-) Ich stille seit knapp 4+ Wochen, d.h. der Stillrhythmus stellt sich auch jetzt erst langsam ein und meine Brust, ist oft, besonders am Morgen, noch recht "voll". Mit Einwegstilleinlagen (egal welcher Marke, günstig oder teuer) war am Morgen wirklich immer alles nass. Jetzt mit diesen Einlagen ist alles trocken, bis auf die Stilleinlagen. Ich bin sehr froh darüber und fühle mich damit auch richtig wohl. Super dünne Oberteile kann man vielleicht nicht unbedingt tragen, da die Naht etwas zusehen ist, kommt aber auch wieder auf den BH drauf an. Ich trage sie auch am Tag.
