This citrus soy sauce is lovely on salmon. I used to be able to buy it at the supermarket but they stopped doing it. I was impressed with how quickly it was delivered and how well it was packed (being in a glass bottle).

E' stata una lunga ricerca, lunga ed estenuante. (semicit.)Abbiamo chiesto il suo nome più e più volte nei vari ristornati in cui siamo stati a mangiare, abbiamoavuto le più disparate risposte:- è una ricetta del cuoco;- la fa lo chef con una ricetta di famiglia;- non ha un nome, è artigianale;Alla fine qualcuno magari involontariamente, forse no, si è fatto scappare il nome, cercata online e ta-daaa! Trovata!Ottima per carpacci di salmone/tonno/branzino.Magari non sarà artigianale, non sarà una ricetta di famiglia ma è davvero buona.Delicata e dal sapore inconfondibile.
