Read in few reviews that it is not accurate. Indeed out of the box it might be a bit off. But the good thing is, that you can adjust the lasers. Each laser is held by two screws. Only hard thing is finding a good big squared reference. And the lasers move a bit when tightening down the screws. Some trail and error. But after that, it is perfect for the job (in my case bathroom tiling). Especially for the money!
