Durable and portable. This stool was my much needed support when I had to keep my injured foot elevated.

This thing does exactly the job I need it to do! I take photos at my kid's youth baseball games, and wanted a highly portable, lightweight, yet sturdy stool that wouldn't collapse under my girth. Feels solid underneath your seat, and doesn't wobble when you hoist yourself up. This 100% works as advertised. I love that it can be expanded fully, or a little bit, or in between - the best shots in baseball are from down low, and this stool enables me to get there without resting on my (old) knees. I move around a lot at games, getting different angles, and this weighs very little - I, a middle-aged lady, can run with it easily. Folded up, it fits easily in a backpack. It was definitely worth the $25 I paid for it. We used it on a recent NYC trip for my mom, who needs to stop and rest when we do a lot of walking, and it worked great. You could also use it as a stepstool if you set it at a lower height. It seems like it's fully plastic, so you could just hose it down to clean it. My only recommendations would be to include a decent seat cushion (after 2 games in a row, which is like 5 hours, your posterior does start to feel it). A case with a shoulder strap would make an excellent product very nearly perfect.

It's sturdy when you sit on it but the constant fear that the spring might collapse any moment and you'll fall on your a** makes it an uncomfortable sit.I am never 100% sure if I can put my full weight on it.

This is something everybody needs! We saw someone when we were traveling so I knew I wanted ine..I have seizures and always need to carry something that's lightweight so my husband can set me down without falling..I used to weigh almost 250 lbs and it held me fine without falling off.i hv lost alot of weight and still love it ..it is so lightweight to carry everywhere and it opens so fast and is sturdy and looks cool! I had to buy another one for my grandkuds so they won't mess with mine!
