Good quality shocks out of the packet. Time will tell how long they last but at least any subsequent repairs will be quicker.I have a Bosch Classixx WAE machine. I followed a YouTube video on how to strip the machine down (Mastering Bosch Classixx Washing Machine) and was able to access the shocks with the front panel removed. I drilled out the old pegs and made the bore for the new pegs using a dia. 13mm x 151mm long drill bit but it was *only just* long enough to reach with my cordless drill. The left hand side was easy access, the right needed the sump moving out of the way a little.I used a long 1/4" socket extension to help hammer the new peg in on the right hand side where access was tight.I removed the white bushings from the tub-end of the shocks as the fit with the peg seemed too tight with it in?EDIT: DON'T remove the white bushings. Make sure you fit the pins with them in-situ in the tub side of the shock. had a peg fall out after a few weeks!!!You'll need a 13mm socket (I used a stubby ratchet) to remove the bolts fixing the shocks to the chassis. A short ratchet spanner might work, but access is tricky Refitting the door seal was the most difficult part.It's certainly doable for a competent DIYer with the right tools and some time to give it a go.Top tip: there are a few different shock designs. To check which one you have currently fitted to your machine, and how they are fixed to the tub, you should be able to remove the kick plate from the bottom of your washer (watch the aforementioned YouTube video to see how) to get a peek at them with the aid of a decent light
